Our response to COVID-19

We have been thinking about you a lot lately.

The evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is a source of stress for many of us. Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our community.

With this at the heart of every decision we make, we are taking steps to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and protect our customers, employees, and greater communities throughout this challenging time.

Neighborhood Showroom

  • For the time being, we have suspended in-person showroom visits to our Neighborhood Showrooms to ensure the safety of our community.
  • Our gracious Hosts have offered to conduct video or phone showings, so the ability to interact with a real customer and virtually tour their showroom is available. Simply click the button that says 'Visit Showroom' and our Concierge will help connect you with a Host.
  • We're actively accepting applications for Neighborhood Showroom Hosts! Apply today to host a virtual showroom and receive 10% off the purchase of your outdoor sofa. Apply Today.

Deliveries

  • We're offering FREE contactless delivery to ensure your safety. Your package will either be delivered curbside or to your doorstep. Minor self-assembly (attaching the legs) and package disposal is required.
  • We are pausing White Glove deliveries until further notice, in order to follow the recommended social distancing practice.
  • We will send out all orders as planned. If you are expecting a delivery and do not feel well enough to accept it, please reschedule. We are following WHO's guidance, which indicates commercial packages are safe to receive. You can contact our customer service anytime at support.

Behind the Scenes:

  • We are working with our logistics partners to make sure the recommended guidelines by the CDC and WHO are followed for sanitation.
  • All our employees are working from home (but we are all still available to offer you the support and care you have come to expect from us here at Outer.)

Though the environment around us feels stressful, we are comforted in knowing that we have a top-notch community of customers all devoted to the betterment of this planet. We will continue to provide you with first-class service, products, and inspiration to live your best and most meaningful lives. We're optimistic that we will come through this stronger and better together.
