When we first launched Outer, we knew we were building something special that was going to be beneficial for the planet, local communities, and individual’s well-being. We desperately need to step away from our screens and get outside—way more often! Our products were always a testament to that need, and we’ve continuously challenged ourselves to live up to that promise while making sustainable, durable products that are better for people and the planet. We also realized that creating a brand that championed togetherness, community, and enjoying the outdoors had to translate to our team.
So it’s truly an honor that Outer has been named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces list for a second year running. Featured in the May/June 2022 issue, the list is a result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.
