The Cushions
- The cushion covers are water resistant and can be spot cleaned easily with warm water and mild soap.
- For a refresh, cover the Velcro with the included strips to protect the fabric. toss the covers in the washing machine with cold water, and air dry.

- For general cleaning, spray or wipe down the frame to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Rinse thoroughly with a spray hose on medium, and let the frame and wicker air dry before use.

What is your return policy?
We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. We back our products with industry-leading warranties to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind. Is my Outer seating modular?
Yes. Arrange them in any configuration you like, and rearrange them periodically to give your space a fresh look. We provide optional blue clips (for All-Weather Wicker) and steel clips (for Teak and Aluminum) with each chair that attach under the frame to hold the chairs in place and add more stability to a specific configuration.
Do my All-Weather Wicker chairs require assembly?
It’s simple. Your White Glove delivery team will attach the legs using our custom screws and the tool provided. From there, the chairs can be arranged and secured to one another with the Outer clips.
How is the All-Weather Wicker made?
Our All-Weather Wicker is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in the finished product. Each aluminum frame is hand-welded to guarantee durability, with aesthetically clean bead welding. A master weaver assembles each chair with our synthetic wicker, which is made of a combination of high-density and low-density polyethylene.
