Shipping & Deliveries
Outer's shipping times vary depending on date of purchase and the specific product ordered. If you have a question about your product's specific order time, please feel free to email us at orders@liveouter.com.
Shipping Details
- Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders.
- If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
- We do not offer expedited shipping.
- Partner products may not be shipped directly by Outer but Outer will be responsible for all order notifications and status updates from orders placed on liveouter.com.

Delivery Details
- Freight shipments require an adult 18 or older to be present at time of delivery.
Scheduled Premium Freight Shipping
For the following products, our standard scheduled freight delivery is $275 and includes the delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials. For All-Weather Wicker seating, you will need to attach the legs with the tools provided. You will be contacted by FedEx when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.
- Sofas, Sectionals, and Modular Chairs

- Large Outdoor Rugs
For the following products, our standard scheduled freight delivery is $99 and includes the delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials. For Dining Tables, you will need to attach the legs with the tools provided. You will be contacted by FedEx when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.

Free Small Parcel Shipping
Small parcels ship by ground for Free. The following products are shipped by ground:
- Ottomans
- Coffee Tables
- Side Tables
- Dining Chairs sold separately from Dining Tables
- Small/Medium Outdoor Rugs
- All-Weather Covers
- Bug Shield Blankets
- Seating Accessories
- Accessories
Ground shipments do not require a signature. Soft goods and accessory orders from Outer will ship separately from your Outer seating by small parcel carriers.
Mixed Orders
If you ordered multiple products, you will receive multiple shipments by the shipping methods outlined above.
Unique Deliveries
If you live in an apartment, condo building, high rise, metro area, or have a unique delivery space that requires specific attention or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), contact us to talk through your shipping options.
365 Day Returns
We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. We back our products with industry-leading warranties to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind. Within 365 days of delivery, we offer returns that will incur a 20% return fee plus the cost of return shipping.
Return Details
- We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.
- We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
- Partner products, items specifically not made by Outer but sold on this website, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, just email us at orders@liveouter.com.
Your merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued. Exchanges are treated the same as returns. Our team takes great pride in working with our customers to ensure a quick and efficient resolution to any return request.
Damages
If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Please contact us at orders@liveouter.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair your seating, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
