I am an entrepreneur and beauty industry expert. I’m passionate about design and love everything to be beautiful, wholesome and real. I hail from the Midwest while my husband, John, is originally a New Yorker. He’s charismatic, fun, and hard-working. Our outdoor space is truly an extension of our home. We have a full kitchen (sink, stove, and grill), two seating areas, three dining areas, and a floating sunbathing deck. It’s ideal for lots of intimate entertaining — and a big reason we chose this home. It’s a great location and has a spacious backyard. Plus, the pool is a unique shape and gives the home a mid-century valley feel to it. I love that our backyard feels like its own house outside. Someone can listen to music in one corner while I’m cooking. The kids can play chess while other guests lounge by the fire pit. It’s truly versatile and motivates us to spend a good part of our lives outside.
