About this Showroom
My husband and I have five grown kids living between California, Mexico, and Hawaii. Pre-pandemic, we’d spend much of our time traveling, taking cruises, and visiting our kids and grandkids. As things shut down, we really missed our family so we decided to invest in an outdoor venue where we could comfortably gather and have fun. We bought a half acre in Leucadia, in Encinitas, with two small dwellings built in 1948 that were in pretty good shape. We built a shaded structure, outdoor kitchen and bar with a palapa roof, and upgraded the yard. I always knew I wanted Outer furniture, and we invested in a 7-piece Charcoal Aluminum Sectional so we can easily reconfigure it as needed. Our family loves it. The space is located nearby two of our kids, and often come here after picking the kids up from school to swim and play games. We barbecue outside, play ladder ball and corn hole, and play with Buddy, our 10-month-old Havanese puppy. Having a place to come together again makes a world of difference.
