Scott is a salesman and Tara is a district administrator in an urban school district. We enjoy sports of all kinds and stay active thanks to our teenage boys. Our backyard patio is a welcomed reprieve from the fast-paced life we live. Our house backs up to a neighborhood trail which brings so many opportunities to connect with our neighbors. Whether it’s a conversation about our furniture, a comment about our flowers, or a simple smile and wave—moments of connection in times like these are priceless. Our backyard patio is a true retreat for our family. We have a fire pit, water feature, and TV, which combine to bring us moments of relaxation amidst our hectic schedules. We enjoy hosting friends to watch sports, relaxing with a glass of wine around the fire pit, and generally slowing down to take in the outdoors.
