I am an insurance underwriter and I work from home full time. I enjoy spending time with my family, hosting pool parties and cooking. We live right on the West Orange Bike Trail, and love to take family bike rides to downtown Winter Garden. We built our home in 2018, and selected the lot that had the largest backyard. We knew with three kids, we would use every inch of it. We designed it to have a covered lanai, pool, outdoor bar and kitchen and pergola with a fire pit all under the screened enclosure. Outside the screen, we have green space for the kids to play and also a playground. Our space is special because it fosters a good time. It's hard to travel with three little ones, so we want the party to come to us. We knew we had to make our space comfortable, inviting and fun! We designed it to be kid-friendly, but also included fun adult aspects like the built in bar and TV for Sunday football. We enjoy relaxing on our sofa while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit with our kids or snuggling up on the sofa with an adult beverage after they go to bed.
