A Multi-Level Patio on a Golf Course

We live in Muirfield Village, which is where the Memorial Tournament is held every year. We happen to back up to the Tartan Fields golf course. We have a screened in porch and a deck and last year, we built a patio space just for our Outer furniture. We wanted to create an outdoor sitting area where we could sit and talk in the afternoons and evenings. We have a fire pit coffee table in the middle, and spend most summer evenings outside with family or friends. We love sitting outside and watching the bats flying around over the golf course at night, gazing at the stars, and just sitting and talking for hours. We’ve used our outdoor space so much more than we ever have in the past. We have four kids and it’s so wonderful to see them sitting outside talking for hours.
