Infinity Chaise Lounge Sling Replacement - Video Transcript

Last Updated March 23, 2025

[This rendered instructional video features the Infinity Chaise Lounge floating against a white background. It demonstrates how to replace the Chaise's sling.]

[The chaise is flipped over and gently placed upside down, legs pointing to the sky.]

Gently flip the Infinity Chaise upside down and place it on a soft surface.

[The head of a socket wrench is shown unscrewing each bolt, one by one.]

Using a socket wrench with a 10mm hex socket head (not included), remove all 12 bolts in a zig-zag pattern. *Warning: Do not use a power tool, as it may strip the threads.

[The chaise is flipped back upright. The claw of a hammer is shown removing the two end caps that are holding the sling within the frame.]

Flip the chaise back upright. Remove the end caps from each corner by inserting the back of a hammer or similar tool (not included) into the top groove of the end cap, then gently pull it away from the frame.

[The sling and its internal side rails are shown being pulled away from the frame.]

Gently pull the sling away from the frame to remove the sling sub-assembly. This will also remove the two internal side rails attached to the sling.

[The new sling is shown being slid into the side rails.]

Carefully slide the sling into the two internal side rails.

[The rails and new sling are shown being slid back into the frame.]

Slide the sling sub-assembly back into the frame, aligning it with the frame grooves.

[The end caps shown being re-inserted into the frame.]

Re-insert the end caps using a rubber mallet or similar tool (not included). Ensure the tool has a soft surface to prevent damage to the end caps.

[Once again, the chaise is flipped over and gently placed upside down, legs pointing to the sky. All 12 bolts are shown being re-inserted.]

Flip the chaise back upside down and insert and tighten all 12 bolts in a zig zag pattern.

Repeat these steps for the seatback sling.
