White Glove Delivery includes a scheduled delivery, placement in your outdoor space, assembly of larger items, and removal of all packaging. We’ll contact you to schedule once your order is ready to ship. Availability varies by location and is shown at checkout.

Due to the holiday season and high order volume, ready-to-ship items are prepared and dispatched within 10–15 days. You’ll find each item’s estimated ship window on its product page. We ship orders in one delivery and align timing to the latest ready date in your cart (sofa cushions may ship separately).
