Weekends are special. We love our time at home together on the weekends. We both grew up enjoying the great outdoors and are drawn to our outside spaces because we spend so much of our weekdays indoors. It was 10 years of designing, planning, mulling it over, re-designing, thinking that led us to create our perfect outdoor space. Our space reflects our love of nature. We have filled our space with native plants and bird feeders to encourage visits from our native birds as well as those passing through. Our creativity is displayed through the art pieces created for the space. A mix of textures brings a depth of design to our outdoor space. We chose a collection to give us the most flexibility. We have 2 Brown Wicker Armchairs. We chose a Brown Wicker L-shaped sofa that we rearrange into different set ups depending on our needs. We live in Florida and while it is the Sunshine state sometimes that sunshine comes in liquid form (rain). We LOVE the covers attached to the cushions! No more toting cushions in and out. So easy to cover and uncover. During the rainy season, we have the All-Weather Cover for our pieces. During those months when we get 12” of rain, our Outer seating is perfectly protected. Whether it’s just us enjoying a cozy fire on a cool autumn night or a house full of friends and family for a summer pool party our outdoor space serves us well. Spilled sno-cones or spilled wine – the Outer furniture still looks new! There is never a worry about something staining – it always comes out. The qualities of durability and beauty are complemented by the comfort of Outer. Perfect for relaxing or napping. We designed the space and filled it with quality furniture, but the real star is all the aviary visitors to our space. Tiny hummingbirds darting around, the beautiful courtship of Cardinals, all the happy finches who fill our space with lovely songs, the Blue Jays and Woodpeckers all bring activity to our tranquil hideaway.
