What is OuterCloud®?
OuterCloud® is Outer’s outdoor cushion system, designed to combine soft comfort, resilient support, and outdoor-ready protection.
Are OuterCloud® cushions made with memory foam?
OuterCloud® seat cushions use a layered construction that combines memory foam with high-resiliency foam for the balance of softness, support, and shape recovery.
Are OuterCloud® cushions waterproof?
OuterCloud® cushions are weather-resistant, but they are not completely waterproof. OuterWeave® helps resist moisture at the surface, while prolonged rain may allow water to enter through seams, zipper openings, or other construction points. If the cushions become wet, uncover them, stand them on their edges, and allow them to dry completely before covering or storing them. Deploy OuterShell® between uses and use an All-Weather Cover during severe weather or extended periods away.
Do OuterCloud® cushions hold their shape?
The high-resiliency cushion construction is designed to recover after use and provide consistent support over time.
Can OuterCloud® cushion covers be washed?
OuterWeave® cushion covers are removable and machine washable. Always follow the care instructions included with your specific furniture.
What is the difference between OuterCloud®, OuterWeave®, and OuterShell®?
OuterCloud® provides cushion comfort and support. OuterWeave® is the performance fabric covering the cushions. OuterShell® is the integrated cover that protects the cushions between uses.
Which parts of an OuterCloud® cushion can be removed or replaced?
OuterWeave® cushion covers are removable and machine washable, and the cushions can be removed from the furniture for cleaning, drying, or seasonal storage. Replacement availability for cushion covers, cushion inserts, and integrated components depends on the furniture collection, size, color, and purchase date.
